After many years working closely with the human body in various ways, I was curious about the healing ability of one another. I traveled to East to work with masters and learn multiple healing traditions. As I hold advanced certifications of Thai Yoga Therapy, manual therapy and myofascial release technique; my mission is to help people address the things that are blocking them from enjoying the life they truly desire. Using bodywork and energy healing to craft my sessions.
Myofascial release is a manipulative treatment that attempts to release tension in the fascia due to trauma, bad posture or inflammation. Connective tissues called fascia surround the muscles, bones, nerves and organs of the body. Points of restriction in the fascia can place a great deal of pressure on nerves and muscles causing chronic pain. Myofascial release technique employ long stretching strokes meant to balance tissue and muscles mechanics and improve joint range of motion in order to relieve pain.
Thai Yoga Therapy blends the ancient wisdom of the East with the Western scientific and anatomical knowledge to create a deeply therapeutic and healing treatment.
The therapy is a beautifully balanced combination of all techniques, designed with myofascial stretching, joint mobilisation, energy balancing, hatha yoga postures, acupressure and reflex point therapy, rhythmic palming, deep tissue compression and toning of internal organs.
Increase blood circulation to facilitate the better flow of oxygen and nutrients to tissues. Stretching helps relax the muscles further, so they naturally regain natural flexibility and tone. Relieve of chronic stiffness and experience improved mobility.
